A holding and intellectual-property company
HumanEdge Technologies Ltd is a business company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 24 July 2026 under the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004, as amended, with company number 2214687. It is privately held and does not trade.
The company holds the group's intellectual property and the operating companies through which our ventures deliver. An operating company is established in each market where a venture works, and each one is held by HumanEdge Technologies Ltd.
What the group does
- Owns and protects the group's intellectual property, with written assignment from every contributor.
- Forms, funds and governs the operating companies.
- Sets the standards every venture works to — child safety, protection of minors' data, independent expert oversight and research ethics.
- Appoints the leadership of each venture and holds it accountable for delivery.

Governance & Responsibility
Standards set at group level
Our ventures work with young people, with their data and with the work of researchers and institutions. The standards below are set by the group and apply to every venture from the first day of a build.
Child safety
No adult works with children on our behalf without the clearances and certification the national authority requires. Safeguarding policy, vetting, induction and incident reporting are in place before anyone enters a school, not added before launch.
Protection of minors' data
We collect only what a programme needs, keep it only as long as it is needed, hold it where the law requires it to be held, and never use it to profile an individual child. Data protection and safeguarding review sit with a lead who is independent of the team building the product and who can halt a release.
Independent expert oversight
Our programmes are reviewed by independent subject-matter experts. Experts engage under written confidentiality and assignment of intellectual property, and we do not publish anyone's name until they have agreed to it in writing.
Intellectual property
Group intellectual property is held by HumanEdge Technologies Ltd. Every contributor — employee, contractor or adviser — assigns their contribution in writing before substantive work begins.
How we describe our relationships
We describe a relationship as under discussion until an agreement is signed, and we do not name a counterparty without that party's agreement.
